While our feeding program typically uses more than 15 bags of food each month, our 2026 support goal focuses on securing consistent provision for at least 10 bags to help maintain the program’s basic nutritional requirements, as additional irregular operational and welfare-related costs can sometimes place pressure on our ability to maintain a fully consistent nutritional supply throughout the month.

Our 2026 monthly food support goal includes:

• 15 KG per bag

• USD 41 / AED 150 per bag (@ exchange rate on 2026/May/04)

• Total Monthly Requirement: USD 409 / AED 1,500 (@ exchange rate on 2026/May/04)

Consistent nutrition helps maintain healthier and more adoptable cats while supporting responsible long-term community animal management within the UAE. Support options can be shared monthly or as one-time contributions toward the food supply target.

IPW - Feeding Program

There are several ways to support the animals, depending on what is most convenient and comfortable for you. To keep the process simple, transparent, and flexible, we have created three different support options: Monthly Support Programs (MSP), Direct Supplier Support (DSS), and Indirect Subsidised Support (ISS). Each option contributes toward improving shelter, feeding, daily care, and long-term stability for abandoned animals, while allowing supporters to participate in the way that suits them best.

MSP – Committed Automated Support
Provides the most stable and valuable form of support by helping us plan ahead consistently for feeding, shelter, maintenance, and emergency care through ongoing automated participation.

ISS – Indirect Supplier Support
Eliminates unnecessary middle steps by allowing supporters to arrange supplies directly with approved suppliers, helping improve transparency while often benefiting from supplier delivery arrangements.

DSS – Direct Subsidised Support
Helps address the ongoing challenges faced by non-profit animal care efforts through subsidised support models that allow more resources and assistance to reach the animals efficiently.

1) MSP – Committed Automated Support

The Monthly Support Program (MSP) is designed for people who would like to provide steady and ongoing support throughout the year. This is the most valuable form of support because it allows us to plan ahead more consistently for feeding, shelter maintenance, emergency situations, and long-term care requirements.

How it works

Supporters can select a recurring monthly participation option through the platform. The process is handled automatically each month, helping us maintain more stable planning, predictable care, and faster response capability when urgent situations arise.

2) ISS - Indirect Supplier Support

Direct Supplier Support (DSS) allows supporters to assist by arranging supplies directly with approved suppliers through WhatsApp. This approach helps eliminate unnecessary middle steps, improves transparency, and can often benefit from supplier delivery arrangements directly to the site.

How it works

A pre-filled WhatsApp order form is generated automatically with the required items and quantities. The supporter reviews the information and communicates directly with the supplier to complete the arrangement. This process helps simplify logistics while ensuring supplies are coordinated efficiently and directly.

3) DSS - Direct Subsidised Support

Indirect Subsidised Support (ISS) is designed to help address the ongoing challenges faced by non-profit animal care efforts through a subsidised support model. Selected items are partially subsidised by a philanthropist who wishes to support the initiative in a practical and sustainable way.

How it works

Supporters can browse and purchase items through the online shop as normal. A subsidised portion is already applied behind the scenes, helping extend the overall impact of each purchase and allowing additional resources to reach feeding, shelter, and care efforts more efficiently.

Dear Supporter's

We're reaching out to you with a plea for help in sustaining the lives of 55 stray cats that roam across our industrial area. Every day, these furry companions rely on our non-profit initiative to provide them with a fundamental need – food.

To meet their daily nutritional requirements, these cats consume 20 Kg of dry food, totaling 80 Kg monthly. Additionally, we dedicate ourselves to the well-being of these animals by conducting an average of 5 neutering's and spaying procedures each month (USD 62 per pet on average), ensuring a healthier and more manageable cat population.

While our commitment is unwavering, the financial burden is significant. The cost of these vital services, extends beyond our platform's item prices. We operate at a loss, and our dedicated members cover the shortfall.
